Zentropy

Well my last post was over a month ago. I’ve got some off-topic thoughts I’ll share eventually, but right now we have a baby update. Carson is growing rapidly and mommy & daddy are still trying to keep up! I’m amazed at how much he’s changed in the past two months. He’s gone from infant boy to little boy, and it’s hard to pinpoint when we noticed that change. His personality is coming out, too. You can almost see the wheels spinning when you whip out the camera, the remote control, a moon pie, or make a funny face. How does that work? Can I eat it? Can I throw it? Does it make noise? He’s very observant, and we can tell he really wants to explore his surroundings, but hasn’t quite figured out crawling yet. God help us when he does. He’s laughing quite a bit more, and it’s a loud, halting, yet very funny laugh. He’s very easy going, and hasn’t thrown a hissy fit in quite a while. I get a kick out of the huge smile & giggle I get when I walk in the door after work.

The first video is kind of dark, as I didn’t have the backlight compensation setting turned on. The second one is better. I shot both of them earlier today, and those lovely flatulence sounds are fake, and intended to get Carson going (I swear).
